Green's sells quarters, sides & whole beef at a discount from regular retail pricing. We source all of our beef from local Huron & Bruce County farms. Our farmers grass feed & grain finish without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones. This way of feeding cattle produces beautifully marbled & tender cuts of meat. We slaughter on-site at our facility in Wingham and dry age for 14-21 days before we cut to your family's unique specifications.
