Meet Our Team 

After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Guelph and working as a flight attendant, Shaelin made the decision to move back home to Wingham and take on a leadership role with the family business after the fire in 2020. Shaelin is proud to have been an integral part of the rebuild and currently enjoys her various roles around the plant pertaining to management, customer service, running social media accounts & now the website!

Shelby always knew she wanted to plant her roots in Wingham and take over the family business, and that was solidified in 2020 following the fire. While in the middle of completing her diploma and second year placement at Fleming College, Shelby made the decision to move home full time and take on a leadership role managing the rebuild. Shelby took great pride in her role of designing the new plant and getting the business back up and running. Currently, you will find her in the office where she does all business accounting, at the counter helping customers with a smile, in our delivery vehicle running orders to our Lucknow store, or in the back assisting & overseeing operations with our staff.

After putting 4 years of farming under his belt, Spencer decided to join his sisters full-time in 2023. Spencer is a jack of all trades at Green’s. He currently manages our clean-up/sanitation department, assists with slaughter and butchering, and has spearheaded many projects to improve the day-to-day operations of the plant.

Meat Manager Marc Miller as we like to call him. Marc is a natural leader and fell into the role of managing our team of butchers as well as our slaughter department. Marc is our go-to guy to answer any questions and always keeps our team laughing.

With 20 years of butchering experience Jonathan brings a high level of expertise to our team. He is a jack of all trades at Green’s - running our smokehouse and further processing department, creating new recipes and products, assisting with slaughter operations, and being our team handy-man are just to name a few!

One of the hardest working people we know, Heather has dedicated herself to making our Lucknow location the best that it can possibly be. Locals and new customers alike consistently say that Heather provides exceptional customer service and expertise when it comes to our products. Heather looks forward to serving you over at our Lucknow store!

If you have ever been greeted with a smiling face in our Wingham retail store it was likely coming from Mackenzie. Coming to us with years of customer service experience, Mackenzie has been a perfect fit here at Green’s. She started with assisting in the store and is now our go-to girl for anything retail related including ordering in product and coming up with ideas for specials.
