St. Brigid's Creamery Salted Butter

St. Brigid’s Creamery’s barrel-churned European Style salted butter is made from 100% organic, grass-fed, single-herd A2 Jersey cream and is seasoned with Vancouver Island Sea Salt. 

A2 means it's made with cream from cows that only have the A2/A2 beta casein in their milk, which is found to be easier to digest among individuals who have issues digesting A1 beta casein, generally found in Canadian pooled dairy.

Harvested on holistically and regeneratively managed lands at the van Nes family farm in Brussels Ontario, this vibrant-yellow butter’s rich flavour and smooth texture will remind you what butter should taste like.
