Smoked Sausage - Jalapeno & Cheddar

Bring some extra heat & flavour to your table with our smoked jalapeno & cheddar sausages. We mix together locally sourced pork, jalapeno peppers, local shredded cheddar cheese and our signature blend of spices before hand tying the sausages and sending them off to our on-site smoke house. 

Smoked sausages take the effort out of meal preparation as they are already partially cooked. Simply heat them up on the BBQ for an easy weeknight dinner, or try them on an open fire while camping!
