Prime Rib Steak is bold, flavourful, perfectly marbled and incredibly tender. Some may argue it is the best steak money can buy. Similar to the well-loved rib eye steak, the bone in prime rib adds extra flavour and presentation points when plated.
Butchers Tip: We recommend cooking Prime Rib Steaks over high heat, on the BBQ or a skillet. For medium rare, aim for an internal temperature of 135-140°F (57-60°C). Once it has reached your desired doneness, allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
