Green's Prime Rib Roasts are incredibly juicy, tender & flavourful with a great amount of marbling and solid fat cap - basically everything you could ever want in a beef roast! Prime Rib Roasts are relatively easy to prepare and quite impressive to present at the centre of your table.
Butchers Tip: Make sure you use a meat thermometer when cooking prime rib - this is a cut that you do want to overcook! Prime rib is best cooked to 120-125 degrees.
