Side Ribs come from the belly of the pig. They have more fat than back ribs which allows them to remain extra tender and juicy when cooked. Green's side ribs are trimmed by hand and sourced from Ontario pigs. We recommend cooking side ribs low & slow either on the smoker, in the crock pot or oven.
Add extra flavour to your side ribs by cooking them on a bed of onions and smothered in BBQ sauce.
