Pork Chops - 5lb Box

Green's pork chops are cut from the loin section of the pig. They contain pieces of the pork loin, back rib, and tenderloin to create a tender and nicely marbled chop. The bone helps keep a typically leaner cut of pork tender and flavourful when cooked. 

Butchers Tip: Pork chops are an incredibly versatile cut. They are great when cooked on the BBQ, in the oven or pan fried.
