Green's sells halves & whole pigs at a discount from regular retail pricing. We source all of our pigs locally from Huron County Farms. Our farmers raise their pigs without the use of growth hormones. Our pigs are slaughtered by another local slaughterhouse (Bachert Meats in Walton) and shipped to us fresh each week before we cut to your unique specifications.

Final take-home weight: 65-75% of hanging weight (this varies depending on which cuts you choose and if you choose to keep bones and fat)
