Blade steaks come from the shoulder, or chuck primal, and are known for their rich & beefy flavour. They are often known for being an inexpensive or "tougher" cut, but can be incredibly tender when cooked properly. 

We recommend cooking blade steaks low & slow with moist heat - otherwise known as braising. Pan frying or grilling is an option as well, but make sure to marinade to ensure optimal tenderness when cooking over high heat.
