Green's flank steak is a flat and long cut that is best prepared with a marinade and high heat cooking. Flank steak is the ultimate cut for stir-frys, fajitas, salads, or any other dish that calls for strips of beef. 

Butchers Tip: Cut against the grain, preferably at a 45 degree angle for optimum tenderness

Flank steak is cut fresh to order by our butchers, and will remain fresh for pickup. Please specify in your order notes if you would prefer to pick it up frozen!
